Diagnosis and design sketch in a context of strong heritage protection
Landscaping component
Creation of a new pedestrian axis along the boules court enclosure, a strip less than 5.00 meters wide on the footprint of the Champ de Mars parking lot, serving Medvode Square to Octroi Square. Creation of a discontinuous strip planted to separate pedestrian traffic from car parking space with shrubs and ornamental perennials. Inspiration from the pattern of existant enclosure gate to develop a concept of planters and shading metal structures.
