Mission

Project management contract covering all study phases (ESQ/APS/APD/PRO), excluding roadworks, for the development of a parking lot in a flood-prone area in the municipality of Chevreuse (78)

Landscaping component

Designing a parking area in a flood-prone zone between the Yvette River and canal (a classified sector and site), connecting to the historic promenade of “Petits Ponts” along the riverbank. Selection of an endemic plant palette compliant with recommendations from the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park (PNR). Use of natural materials for furniture and borders with wooden sleepers, permeable colored draining concrete surfacing, creation of planted swales for surface drainage, enclosing the parking area with aesthetically integrated wooden horse fencing with double rails, and treatment of runoff water contaminated with hydrocarbons.
