Project management contract for the restoration and enhancement of the Icehouse at the Botanical Garden of Évreux (27), comprehensive mission including preliminary studies (ESQ), preliminary design studies (APS), detailed design studies (APD), construction design studies (PRO), and operational phases of the construction site.
Landscaping component
Heritage enhancement of the icehouse mound within a historic garden, excavated earth for drainage works out of icehouse due to infiltrations, connection of new project for the train station by Richez Associés, wooden footbridge and pathway refurbishment for accessibility to persons with reduced mobility (PMR), renewal of the plant palette with the insertion of remarkable species (collectible rose bushes and hydrangeas) while integrating existing vegetation, educational enhancement for the animation of the mound
